1. Tuition Fees, Payment, and Debt
- 1.1. Fees may be paid either monthly in advance or per set course.
- 1.1.1. Experience shows that advance payment reinforces the commitment necessary for effective learning.
- 1.1.2. Advance payment encourages students to prioritize attending all lessons and to complete any practice or study assigned after each lesson.
- 1.1.3. Upon enrolment, a payment schedule will be provided, indicating the due dates for each payment.
- 1.2. By enrolling in a course, you agree to pay the tuition fees, make arrangements for payment, or ensure that a sponsor will cover part or all of your fees.
- 1.3. A “period of study” refers to the duration expected to complete the course within the enrolment timeframe.
- 1.3.1. For instrument learning, there is no fixed timeframe for completing a grade. The teacher will set goals and targets, but students learn at different paces, and this is acknowledged.
- 1.3.2. For theory classes, the expected completion time is usually 12-15 weeks of intensive learning, followed by an examination. Students will receive a qualification upon successful completion.
- 1.4. Unless otherwise specified, course fees do not cover the cost of books, paperwork, extensions beyond the designated study period, travel expenses, or other miscellaneous costs related to the course.
- 1.4.1. Examination fees for Music Theory Classes are included in the course price.
- 1.4.2. Additional modules, retakes of modules, or exam retakes (with attendance) may incur extra charges.
- 1.5. Additional costs may arise depending on your course, such as trips to visit a teacher (if chosen), equipment, and materials. These costs will be detailed in the information published on our website, and your “welcome letter” will outline the expected reasonable expenses related to your specific course.

- 1.7. If you have an outstanding tuition fee debt, you will not be able to enrol for the next semester until the debt is settled. The School reserves the right to withhold information about eligibility for awards, certificates, and to exclude you from attending a graduation ceremony until the debt is cleared. - Students are responsible for ensuring a reliable internet connection and the necessary technology to participate in online lessons. Poor Wi-Fi connection or technical difficulties that prevent attendance will not be grounds for a refund.

- If a teacher misses a lesson, we offer two options:
- The teacher can reschedule your lesson to an agreeable day and time within the same month to meet the four-lesson requirement.
- A substitute teacher with equal skills will conduct the lesson as planned, ensuring you receive your four lessons for the month.
- In some cases, if a lesson is rescheduled, it may extend into the next month, resulting in five lessons in that month.
